Steel Spring is a product of smithing, installed on Wooden Doors and used to make track carts. Adding to Partial Track Cart Kit (with 4 wheels) makes a Track Cart Kit.
Crafting[ | ]
- To make, first fire a Steel Blade Blank in a Firing Forge using Wooden Tongs. (Or you can use a hot steel blade directly from the Flat Rock it was made on).
- Use the hot blade in tongs on a Clay Bowl to shape the spring, then promptly use on a Bowl of Water to quench. After 3 seconds the Quenched Spring can be removed from the bowl.
- Using tongs again, fire the quenched spring in a Hot Adobe Oven to temper it, and you will have a finished Steel Spring.
