Fire a Steel Ingot at a Firing Forge using Wooden Tongs. Then use the hot metal on a Firing Newcomen Roller. After 10 seconds, the Steel Rod can be picked up. Use the Steel Rod on a Firing Newcomen Lathe to get a Cam Shaft. Using on the lathe again will craft Crank Shaft
