Use a Needle and Thread on a cloak to make a Long Dress. Use shears to turn long dress into Long Skirt and Button-down Shirt.
Dyes[ | ]
To dye, you dip the cloth clothes in Simmering Dye Mordant to make them "dye ready", then dip them in your chosen dye color.
