Ball of Thread is made by using a Drop Spindle on Fleece. Combining with Bone Needle makes Needle and Ball of Thread. Combine two ball of thread to make Small Ball of Yarn (which is the basis of making clothes). Adding to Simmering Water will make Sterile Wool Pad.
